Gathered is a custom cake boutique and pop-up bakery located in Bellingham, WA. My cakes and pastries are crafted in small-batches and utilize locally-sourced ingredients, organic floral and herbal accents, and handcrafted garnishes. Gathered operates out of a shared commissary kitchen in north Bellingham, and is available for consultations and tastings by appointment only.
